Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Establishes Presence in New York City

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices recently announced the opening of its New York City office.  The New York Properties brokerage is part of the Berskhire Hathaway HomeServices|New England Properties and Westchester Properties family which is under the outstanding guidance of CEO Candace Adams.

Located at 590 Madison Avenue in the heart of Manhattan and directed by veteran real estate manager Ellie Johnson, the brokerage will be a significant presence in New York City real estate.

Gino Belfari, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices explained that, “New York City is the gateway to America and the hub for global industry and finance.  Our presence in Manhattan is a key factor in our expansion into Western Europe and other parts of the world.”  The opening of this major New York brokerage will be another significant step in the globalization of Berkshire Hathaway|HomeServices.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices|New England Properties|Westchester Properties also has offices in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Westchester County.

As a real estate broker licensed in Connecticut, New York and Florida, I would value the opportunity to tell you more about the impressive and ever expanding Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, and how that offers unmatched benefits to those seeking to sell or purchase real property.
